The Paperback Subscription: Winter Edition (In Store Collection)

The Paperback Subscription is a seasonal service that includes one book each month, chosen by us and posted to you in June, July and August. This year we offer two subscription options: you can choose to collect your book each month, or you can choose to receive them in the mail.

Part of the pleasure of this service is the surprise you'll get when you open your book parcel: What's it going to be this month? Here are a few, tantalising hints. Our Winter Subscription features writing from South Korea, the UK and Austria and includes the debut novel of one of our favourite art writers; the final book in a loose trilogy we have loved by a prose poet who has been compared with W. G. Sebald and Walter Benjamin; and a surreal rediscovered classic.

Thinking of signing up? Here are some practical matters to consider before you do:

- A Paperback Subscription (Post) costs $115 incl. GST, and a Paperback Subscription (In-store Collection) costs $100 incl. GST. This includes three books and postage (if you select that option). You will receive one book for each month of June, July and August.

- Subscriptions are non-refundable. We don’t offer exchanges or returns for subscription books.

- Standard postage within Australia is included in the postal subscription price. We cannot post subscription books overseas.

- Pick up is available with the in-store collection service. You will receive an email notifying you when your book is ready for collection.

- This service is strictly limited – we’re only offering 30 subscriptions in total – so get in quick!
